Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Tennessee and Utah. Once you’ve placed your order, it typically takes up to 1 working day to be processed and is delivered within 3 working days.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

PolandOverall i'm satisfied
So.. due to the price i expected a Porsche of chairs. Well.. i got a little bit less. It has some minor issues like noise or loose parts but it's nothing too big. It did not feel too comfortable at first but it just needed some time to break-in or it's just me who needed to get used to a more firm chair. I still think the lumbar pillow is necessary though and i plan to purchase one from Secret Lab soon. My favourite feature might be tilting it all the way down to nearly 180° while the chair is still surprisingly stable!

This is my first SecretLab gaming chair and I'm very impressed. The ordering was very easy and the chair arrived within a few days. SecretLab kept me up to date througout the ordering process. The chair itself is the Batman version and was very easy to set up with the You Tube video link that is supplied. The chair looks brilliant and exactly as its shown on the website. The chair is very comfortable and the built in lumbar support is excellent and very supportive and easily adjustable for your own needs. This is particularly useful as I suffer with a bad back. It's used for my gaming set up but also as my home office work chair so I can spend a long time sat in it.

The way the item is pack is absolutely amazing along with the tools to use it. It has a sense of great quality build. The biggest flaw with it is the base of the chair isn’t very deep compared the AK Racing seats. Overall I think it’s a great chair but that simple flaw could turn it into an excellent chair.
