You can place an order on our Singapore website and the shipping cost would be SGD $99 excluding customs duties and taxes.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an in-app notification or an email with your order details. After a short processing period, you will be able to track the delivery of your chair package via your own account.
International
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. After a short processing period, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you, and you will be able to track the delivery of your chair package.
We work to have all orders dispatched to you as soon as possible and so at times, the order may already be on its way to you. If your purchase was made via Lazada/Shopee/Tokopedia/Blibli, you may wish to check on the order status via the platforms directly.
If the order was placed on our Singapore website, you may contact the support team via the contact page for updates on the order status.

International
For international orders shipped from Singapore, shipping cost would vary depending on the chosen shipping method and distance among other factors. To check on the shipping cost, please add the item you wish to purchase and enter the full shipping address and refer to the cart page shipping method list for the cost.
Do note that shipping options that do not state its inclusion of the customs duties and taxes will incur additional fees quoted by your destination’s customs department.
Submit a warranty claim via our contact form with photos of the affected area and your order number so our Support team can do their best to assist you.
With regard to international deliveries, do note that the shipping cost of all replacement parts will be borne by the customer.

Orders usually take 1 - 2 working days to be processed and 95% of our orders are delivered within 1 - 3 working days. Exceptions include distant locations and stock availability.
