    ADC12 Aluminium alloy
    The core of the NeueChair’s supporting structure(wheelbase and backspine) are made from ADC12 aluminum alloy, a strong and durable material used in modern manufacturing. Strengthening ribs are added to the wheelbase, allowing it to pass the BIFMA static impact test(1360kg) and dynamic impact test(1150kg).
    PU-coated armrests
    Specially designed with a slight concave, and with a grippy PU material for the elbow to anchor.
    65mm PU casters, equipped with noise-reduction

    Much Better than my Sealy Posturepedic Roma brand

    Research-I watched 100's of videos. Order & Delivery was prompt. Packaging & instructions good. Assembly was fine until it came to the casters-they wouldn't go into their holes all the way. Buying it without trying it out was risky-no dealers in our area. Experience has been good. Once the controls were adjusted, they aren't used much anymore. Comfort-with my back pain & Sciatica, it is somewhat better. I find that I lean forward often when computing, which defeats some of the benefit of the lumbar support. Headrest-I purchased this as well although it cost about 1/5 the chair cost. Summary: It is a comfortable, sturdy chair, very well-built & I would recommend it to others.

    Très bonne assise

    Après une longue attente pour la réception et plusieurs mois d'utilisation, le résultat est à 100% satisfait. De l'emballage au montage, jusqu'à son usage, je n'ai rencontré aucune difficulté ou défaut. J'ai pris l'option appui tête, qui est un luxe, car au quotidien, il a peu d'utilité sauf pour se reposer, ce qui est possible et reste agréable. Je trouve que cet appui tête ajoute aussi une finition visuelle, donc malgré le coût c'est un bon achat. Au quotidien et sur les réglages (hauteur, lombaire, profondeur, ...), rien à signaler, je pense que chacun y trouvera la bonne assise. Je fait 1m87 pou 90kg, il s'agit de détails, mais pour conclure une expérience, il est utile de donner une bonne comparaison. Les matériaux sont de bonne facture. Les appuis bras sont, sur le dessus, en plastique "dur" et "moussé" à la fois, peu flatteur visuellement, mais efficace. Pas facile de trouver le bon qualificatif pour ces bras de chaise, disons qu'au regard de tout le reste, leur visuel fait plastique, mais leur consistance est ferme et légèrement souple. Le seul bémol concerne la planche d'explication du montage. Elle est belle, elle est claire, elle est grande (trop), mais elle part à la déchèterie ensuite... Elle st bien trop luxueuse pour un usage très court. Il y a une optimisation à réaliser pour éviter un déchet de trop.

    Supper easy to Assamble. Chair is amazing. Even if reviews might say that arm wrests are not 4D or what not. They are quite nice and spaced well with 2 adjustments thats enough if you have office desk like us as you rest arms whey typing on your desk. We dont rest arms on arm wrests when typing. You can adjust them well. We got 1 chair first try it and bought second. Quality build is impressive. Dont forget to get head wrest as chair is really complete if you have it as its add extra comfort and rest option. We are supper happy with it.
